This home had many great features including large living spaces, good flow throughout and spectacular views from almost every room. The finishes and fixtures were however very outdated. While we stayed with the existing kitchen layout, we installed a completely new cabinetry system with better functionality along with new appliances and countertops. Flooring was also replaced in the main living spaces, new tile in the master ensuite and carpet in the guest bedrooms.
We chose an elegant paint palette that highlighted the new doors and mouldings and introduced a more efficient lighting system that offered controlled general, task and ambient lighting where needed.
The result was an elegant, contemporary home that complimented the client’s beautiful antique furniture and art pieces.
